We will accept Purchase Orders from State and Federal Agencies and U.S. Educational
Institutions. Fax your Purchase Order to 909-902-9567 or email to sales@plaquesandmore.com
Shipping
We ship all packages UPS. Our normal production time is 14 working days. If you have not received your package within
three weeks or you would like to track your package please give us a call or an
e-mail and we will e-mail the tracking code to you. Using this code you will
be able to find the current status of your delivery directly from the carriers
web site. We do not charge for ground shipments within the continental
United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for $39.95. If you would like us to Rush the production of your order, we will manufacture your stone ahead of schedule and ship it out of our plant within 3 days for an additional $25.00. Stones that are Rushed are still shipped UPS Ground, if you would like us to use a faster shipping service please give us a call for a quote.
Orders shipped to other countries will be charged added shipping costs at the point of checkout by our system.

Returns
Here at Plaques & More we offer you our customer a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy in anyway just let us know and we will gladly accept your
return for a full refund. Please notify us by email before shipping the package
back to us so we may send you our return instructions. Once we have received
the order we will issue a credit to your account.
