Most photographs will fade and can be damaged by weather, but not our photos. These photos are made of the same porcelain used in cemeteries accross the world, and they are guaranteed not to fade.

When choosing a photo of your pet, of course you will be looking for the best one possible. Also consider how you would like the photo cropped. Would you like us to show the entire body of your pet, or just the head and shoulders?
If you would like us to remove the background or touch up a section of the photo we can do so at an addtional charge of $34.00.

When sending your photo be sure to mail your photo in a rigid envelope marked "Photo enclosed do not bend" on the outside of the envelope. Enclose the photo and a note of how you would like us to crop it. Then mail it to our address shown on your order form.
Please allow an extra 4 weeks for the manufacture of the porcelain photo. When we ship your memorial we will enclose your original photo in its original condition.
