When we receive your payment we will begin to engrave your order. Any delay in receiving the money order will delay the delivery of the product.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged before we begin the engraving process.

What is Plaques & More's return policy?

If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly issue you a full refund. We want your business and we will make every effort to insure that you are completely happy with your selection.

What is the process for returning an item?

To insure a full refund for your return, please do the following:

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We cannot accept returns after the 30 day return period.

Let us know that you are unhappy with the product and we will issue a UPS call tag.

UPS will pick up your package and return it to us at no charge to you. When we receive the package we will credit the card to which the purchase was made, or issue a refund check. Credit will be applied to the same credit card you used to purchase the order.
